Kale Chips



This idea for kale chips came from the Real Simple magazine my sister Barbara got me for my birthday last year.

Tear kale in pieces, toss in olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper. Roast in oven at 300 degrees until crisp. Enjoy.

Davis and I made this delicious and nutritious snack this weekend and it was very tasty. I should warn you though they made my apartment and my breath smell terrible.
