Spaghetti Squash



This isn't really a recipe but I wanted to post about my first positive experience eating spaghetti squash. I think I tried it when I was little, but it was undercooked and I hated it. Since then I have been very skeptical, but Davis likes it and convinced me to make it. It was delicious!

I cut the squash in half lengthwise and put it in a casserole dish filled with about a half inch of water. Then I cooked it at 375 for about an hour. I wanted to make sure it was good and cooked. We topped it with Classico Fire Roasted Tomato and Garlic pasta sauce and some Parmesan cheese.
