Roasted Black Beans



2 cups canned or cooked black beans
olive oil
sea salt
cumin

Drain and rinse black beans. Toss with about 2 teaspoons of olive oil, sea salt, and a sprinkle of cumin. Cover a cookie sheet with foil. Spread the beans evenly space on the foil . Bake at 450 for about 10 minutes or until crispy. This is a great snack for those times when you need something crunchy and salty. Watch the calories though, it is easy to eat too many.
